Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound/outbound leads, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to educate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
- Prospect and interact with prospects and partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn, effectively handling and overcoming objections with confidence.
- Enrich our database with key contacts and research new target accounts, becoming a trusted and credible e-commerce resource in the Microsoft & SAP community.
- Engage with the market, position our solution, understand pains and needs, and add value to every conversation you have, leveraging the Sana Commerce value proposition to prospective customers.
- Develop your selling skills and technical expertise in B2B ecommerce, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 1+ years of SDR, BDR or Sales experience, with a strong affinity for social, value, and/or consultative selling.
- Ability to work hybrid (2/3 days at our great office in Las Colinas, TX).
- Knowledge, interest/experience in SaaS or technology.
- Product comprehension: capable of quickly learning the ins & outs of our software.
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing, and presentation skills.
