Position Summary:

The Restaurant Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that top-notch products and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered. This position also guarantees adherence to all relevant regulations and ethical standards while overseeing the restaurant's daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the preparation of high-quality products that meet company standards and accurately fulfill customer orders.
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Gathering and utilizing customer feedback to enhance restaurant operations and foster brand loyalty.
  • Leading and supervising the restaurant team, ensuring adequate staffing, effective training, and compliance with company policies.
  • Inspiring the team to provide exceptional service while cultivating a fun and collaborative work environment.
  • Communicating and promoting quality standards to all team members.
  • Managing cash handling responsibilities and assisting in inventory management to minimize losses.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Proven ability to lead a team independently during shifts.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various office equipment.
  • Capability to perform all restaurant positions, including delivery roles.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
