We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Supervisor to join our team at Life Time Fitness. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is working properly and the facility is safe and clean.
- Safety and Compliance: Participate in safety training and safety inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Work closely with the Facility Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, management, and guests to ensure a positive and safe experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 3-4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training required.
- Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Certifications: CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.75 and paying up to $22.25, based on experience and qualifications.
