Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the nursing department in planning, organizing, and directing nursing functions.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient nursing care to residents.
  • Supervise Nurse Practitioners, Assistant Directors, Clinical Nurses, and Nurse Techs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Recruit and hire qualified nursing staff to meet staffing needs.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and internal staff.
  • Prepare and submit reports on nursing department operations.
