AOM Healthcare is a leading provider of long-term care services, operating 21 facilities throughout Ohio. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and direct the functions of the nursing department
  • Supervise Nurse Practitioners, Assistant Directors of Clinical Services, Clinical Nurses, and Nurse Techs
  • Ensure compliance with resident rights policies and work to resolve resident grievances
  • Establish and maintain productive lines of communication with residents, families, internal staff, and external community
  • Prepare and submit reports on nursing department operations, as required
