AOM Healthcare is a leading provider of long-term care services, operating 21 facilities across Ohio. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of Nursing to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and direct the functions of the nursing department
  • Supervise nursing staff, including Nurse Practitioners, Assistant Directors, and Clinical Nurses
  • Ensure compliance with resident rights policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Develop and implement competency checklists for nursing staff
  • Prepare and submit reports on nursing department operations
