We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our mental health team at Nex Level Behavioral Health & Addiction Services, LLC. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, including Mental Health Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient Services, and PEER Center Support Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Mentorship: Provide effective supervision, coaching, and mentorship to a team of therapists, empowering them to excel in their roles and supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and implement clinical audit functions to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care by overseeing treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our mission and vision, collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our programs.
  • Therapist Support: Occasionally support therapists by leading groups or managing a small caseload, maintaining your clinical expertise and leading by example.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance evaluations and create opportunities for feedback to optimize team performance and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health and substance use treatment, providing educational opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the clinical team.
Qualifications
  • LPCC-S or LISW-S license in Ohio
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health and substance use treatment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
