Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, organization, and direction of nursing department functions.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient nursing care to residents.
  • Supervise Nurse Practitioners, Assistant Directors of Clinical Services, Clinical Nurses, and Nurse Techs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Recruit and hire qualified nursing staff to meet staffing needs.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and internal staff.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
