We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences through efficient administrative tasks.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will provide top-notch customer service, manage patient records, coordinate appointments, and perform various clerical duties with precision and professionalism.

**Responsibilities**

• Greet and engage patients while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Manage check-in, check-out, and medical record processes with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Respond to phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, schedule appointments, and send reminders and confirmations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date demographic and clinical data using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities.
