Job Description

Bridgewater Balance and Hearing Audiology, a renowned audiology practice in Knoxville, TN, is seeking a skilled Healthcare Front Office Coordinator. What You'll Do:
  • As the face of Bridgewater, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing a warm and professional environment, both in person and over the phone.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, verifying insurance coverage and patient information.
  • Check patients in and out, collecting payments and processing paperwork as needed.
  • Perform office duties and assist providers with administrative tasks, including hearing aid check-ins, minor repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while addressing patients and assisting providers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent computer skills, with experience in medical office software and systems.
  • Insurance experience and prior medical office administration a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team player with a desire to learn and grow within our organization.
