Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee an Investment Services team, managing performance evaluations and contributing to staffing and disciplinary decisions.
  • Direct investment strategies for a select group of high-value accounts, focusing on complex personal trusts and individual portfolios.
  • Formulate, propose, and implement tailored programs to meet the investment goals of individual clients.
  • Continuously assess and adjust overall investment strategies in alignment with evolving client objectives, collaborating closely with the client service team to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Maintain a significant and influential role within the client-facing team, ensuring effective communication of client needs and coordinating portfolio activities.
  • Exhibit expertise in new investment strategies, tools, and methodologies through regular engagement with national investment practices and peers.
  • Participate in thought leadership initiatives, educational events, and practice-led symposiums.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices as measured by performance metrics and related reporting.
  • Execute initiatives, new capability rollouts, and required training with accountability.
  • Provide constructive feedback to leadership regarding national initiatives and expectations.
  • Comply with national investment guidelines and sound risk management practices.
  • Contribute to investment services committees and engage in special projects as necessary.

Required Knowledge:

A solid understanding of investment and portfolio management principles, financial accounting, and market characteristics is essential for effective portfolio management.


  • Familiarity with investment terminology, relevant laws and regulations, and internal policies is crucial for operating within the framework of trust documents.
  • Strong decision-making, sales, and negotiation skills are necessary to navigate complex situations successfully.

Experience:

A minimum of 10 to 12 years of investment experience is required, demonstrating a track record of consistent long-term performance.


Compensation:
$225,000-$275,000 base salary

This salary range is an estimate of base pay.
