Job Overview

This role is pivotal in utilizing Position Control to optimize and enhance the organizational framework within the Human Resources Management System (HRMS). The specialist will be responsible for identifying essential modifications to current organizational and position data attributes, as well as streamlining business processes to facilitate the successful implementation of Position Control.

The candidate will also be tasked with communicating the advantages of this implementation to ensure that the client recognizes its value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current HRMS data extracts and sample budget documentation.
  • Develop a comprehensive list of business processes associated with position control.
  • Examine existing documentation of business processes.
  • Conduct follow-up discussions with subject matter experts as necessary.
  • Perform a gap analysis on the current organizational structure in relation to Position Control implementation.
  • Deliver a detailed report outlining the number of positions requiring updates for Position Control integration.
  • Define system requirements for the implementation.
  • Propose actionable steps for effective implementation.
  • Identify necessary changes to existing processes.
  • Enumerate the benefits that the client will gain from the Position Control Organizational Structure.
  • Review and finalize findings and recommendations with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of expertise in HRMS/HRIS/HCM.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing position control for large, complex organizations, ideally within government sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft, particularly in Pension administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to connect with diverse individuals both within and outside the organization.
  • Diplomatic and tactful in fostering constructive and effective relationships.
