Job Title: Epic Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Epic Systems Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As an Epic Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Epic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Epic systems to meet the needs of our healthcare clients
  • Implement and maintain Epic systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot Epic systems to resolve any issues or errors
  • Work with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to understand their needs and gather system requirements
  • Evaluate the need for hardware and software upgrades, modifications, and repairs
  • Perform technological feasibility studies for Epic Systems implementations or enhancements
  • Plan, execute, and finalize Epic systems projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Computer or Healthcare field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a technical environment supporting applications and working with end users
  • Epic Certificate in Epic Ambulatory required
