Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Campaign Manager to propel our brand within the higher education sector. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that amplify our product presence in health sciences programs and support our sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in B2B SaaS and a talent for crafting engaging product marketing campaigns, as well as organizing impactful events that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute detailed marketing strategies to improve our market reach in selected sectors.
  • Create persuasive product positioning, messaging, and narratives that set our solutions apart in the marketplace, ensuring uniform messaging across all marketing channels. Maintain and document customer personas, tailoring messaging to meet the distinct needs and language of each sector.
  • Design and implement digital marketing initiatives across various online platforms.
  • Foster the CORE community of users and advocates through both digital engagement and in-person events.
  • Enhance sales efforts by producing compelling sales materials, toolkits, and resources that appeal to potential clients.
  • Oversee event marketing efforts, including trade shows, webinars, and other industry gatherings, ensuring a strong brand representation and effective lead generation.
  • Reinvent our approach to conferences and trade shows by identifying and executing innovative exhibition strategies that capture attendee interest.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement solution marketing campaigns for existing and prospective clients, particularly around new feature launches, product introductions, and customer retention strategies.
  • Conduct thorough competitive and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate insights into marketing plans.
  • Collect and evaluate marketing data to refine strategies and enhance return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, focusing on product marketing and event management.
  • Over 3 years of experience marketing to the higher education sector or a similar field.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and Salesforce platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven marketing approaches.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
