About the Role

Audacy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Work with internal stakeholders to develop and pitch strategic sales ideas to clients, communicating the value of our solutions and driving new business growth.
  • Grow Existing Accounts: Manage all aspects of existing client relationships, including sales, customer service, and account management.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Continuously learn about new products and services, including podcasting, streaming audio, streaming video, and digital performance media, to create new opportunities for clients.
  • Utilize CRM and Other Tools: Effectively use our CRM tool and other platforms to manage daily business, track sales performance, and analyze client data.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and management, to ensure seamless sales processes and client satisfaction.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop deep business relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, results, and value.
  • Optimize Sales Performance: Leverage attribution capabilities to provide smarter optimizations and improved ROI for clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of developing strategic sales solutions, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth in media, digital marketing, or related industries.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex sales data, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Data Visualization Tools: Experience with CRM tools, data visualization platforms, and other sales software to manage daily business and analyze client data.
  • Valid Driver's License: Ability to travel to client meetings and events, as needed.
