About the Role

LTC Language Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales and Business Development: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Market Intelligence and Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies and drive innovation within the language industry.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain data integrity within our CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and client/prospect projections.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, business majors preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years' sales and business development experience required, international background a plus.
  • Skills: Extensive networking and business development skills, passionate and self-motivated, strategic thinker, strong negotiation skills, track record of consistently meeting sales quota.
