Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing your personal book of business within your respective market
- Selling NCW services to prospective clients, managing existing accounts, and placing candidates on behalf of NCW clients
- Facilitating the full-cycle recruitment process for prospective candidates (sourcing, screening, negotiating employment terms, etc.)
- Tending to onsite management tasks as needed to support your personal book of business
- Representing the NCW brand through initiatives like job fairs, networking events, and hiring events
- Sourcing potential customers through creative and traditional mediums to maintain a steady flow of prospective clients
- Working towards production goals as defined by management
Requirements:
- A strong will to succeed (the right way)
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical skill and the desire to solve problems
- Leadership skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System or Customer Relationship Management software in managing a talent pipeline
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in professional recruiting or selling specifically in the construction (or similar) industry
