Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Representative for NCW, you will play a vital role in driving our forecasted growth trajectory. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with our expanding customer base while establishing new client accounts in the trades industries. Your efforts will directly impact the operations of our valued customers and their staff. We prioritize deeply-rooted partnerships over revenue, and we aim to instill this value in our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing your personal book of business within your respective market
  • Selling NCW services to prospective clients, managing existing accounts, and placing candidates on behalf of NCW clients
  • Facilitating the full-cycle recruitment process for prospective candidates (sourcing, screening, negotiating employment terms, etc.)
  • Tending to onsite management tasks as needed to support your personal book of business
  • Representing the NCW brand through initiatives like job fairs, networking events, and hiring events
  • Sourcing potential customers through creative and traditional mediums to maintain a steady flow of prospective clients
  • Working towards production goals as defined by management

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System or Customer Relationship Management software in managing a talent pipeline

  • Demonstrated experience in professional recruiting or selling specifically in the construction (or similar) industry
