About the Role

JWP Connatix is seeking a talented Director of International Business Development and Channel Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships with key players in the AdTech industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global strategy for partnership development, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including AdTech platforms, media giants, and data companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and mutual benefits.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the business development team, driving innovation and growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales leadership in AdTech.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing private marketplace and curated deals.
  • In-depth knowledge of data targeting (contextual targeting a plus), with a solid understanding of DSP, SSP, and ad exchange dynamics.
  • Proven success in negotiating and closing high-value partnerships with key players in the AdTech ecosystem.
  • Experience developing scalable commercial models and revenue-sharing frameworks.
