Director of Business Development and Partnerships

Marquee Brands is a leading global company with a portfolio of established brands across consumer products and channels. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our sponsorship sales efforts as the Director / VP of Strategic Partnership.
About the Position:
This role requires a strong understanding of the sponsorship landscape and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing large sponsorship deals and experience managing and motivating sales teams to achieve high performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brand executives and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new sponsorship opportunities across the Marquee brand portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of sponsorship agreements and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in partnership/sponsorship sales, with a proven track record of securing large sponsorship deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $100,000-$175,000.
