Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Program Assistant Coordinator.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling, including relevant practicum or internship experience.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Preferred experience of at least 2 years as a school-based therapist, demonstrating successful fulfillment of job responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to clients and their families, fulfilling the duties of a school-based therapist for assigned caseloads.
  • Ensure program adherence to agency, state, local, and federal regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the marketing, development, and enhancement of school-based services.
  • Serve as the primary contact for local school systems.
  • Collaborate with community organizations as needed.
  • Review productivity metrics, caseload documentation, and staff requests.
  • Coordinate with leadership to address program and organizational needs.
  • Prepare for and facilitate staff meetings as required.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new team members.
  • Maintain documentation for grant funding compliance.
  • Provide coaching, manage disciplinary actions, and conduct annual performance evaluations.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
