In this pivotal position within the Technology Services team, you will oversee numerous intricate projects that encompass the technical domain. You will effectively liaise with all stakeholders to guarantee successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex technology initiatives (Infrastructure enhancements, hardware and software lifecycle management, Cloud transitions, and Vulnerability assessments) ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and specification-compliant delivery.
  • Formulate project scope, objectives, deliverables, and plans in alignment with project goals.
  • Create comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and resource distribution plans.
  • Mobilize teams and project contributors to ensure timely completion of their responsibilities.
  • Foster communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Conduct strategic evaluations and reviews.
  • Assess incoming projects with stakeholders and estimate resource allocation based on availability and project scope.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide weekly status updates on all ongoing projects, detailing actual vs. target completion percentages, obstacles, assistance required, escalations, and other relevant information.

Role Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in technical project management with a proven history of leading comprehensive technology projects.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or project management; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of technology projects, thoroughly reviewing and understanding all project and business requirements, directing staff, and coordinating across functions to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and specification-adherent project delivery.
  • Advanced understanding of business principles related to project forecasting and costs.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • A collaborative team player and leader with a demonstrated ability to guide and develop effective cross-functional teams towards success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools (e.g., IPCS Primavera P6, ERP IFMS).
  • Familiarity with Jira is advantageous.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile Certifications are beneficial.

Salary

The base salary range is $130,000 - $160,000 USD per year. Total on-target compensation includes a base salary along with short-term (15% of base) and long-term (5% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
