POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Marketing Funnel Optimization Specialist at Removery, you will be instrumental in enhancing our marketing funnels and maximizing conversion rates across various channels. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive strategies to nurture leads throughout their journey, whether it involves booking consultations, initiating treatments, or encouraging referrals. You will spearhead our website testing initiatives and conversion rate optimization efforts, collaborating with our engineering and contact center teams to ensure a seamless client experience across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Funnel Optimization:
    • Design and implement strategies to enhance marketing funnels and boost conversion rates across channels, thereby increasing lead-to-booking conversion rates and improving overall marketing ROI.
    • Construct and refine omni-channel, full-funnel systems that facilitate the next steps in the consumer journey.
  • Data-Driven Testing:
    • Lead data-driven testing initiatives to foster continuous improvement of our campaigns, website, and client journey.
    • Develop experiments aimed at enhancing online user experience and conversion rates.
  • Database Marketing Journeys:
    • Design and continuously optimize database marketing journeys and messaging to drive high-quality bookings, ensuring clients are well-informed and motivated throughout their tattoo removal journey.
    • Develop and execute email/SMS drip campaigns that support leads and clients at each phase of their lifecycle.
    • Manage list growth efforts and identify high-value customer segments for targeted messaging across various channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide direction, feedback, and ensure efficient project completion.
    • Work alongside PR, organic social media, and paid media teams to ensure comprehensive support of marketing channels.
    • Engage collaboratively with Marketing, Inside Sales, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and product owners to meet diverse business needs.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:
    • Establish analytics to measure funnel performance and conversion rates at each stage by channel, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Report on key metrics related to lead conversion, ROAS, and ROI.

  • Excellent project management skills, with experience working with multi-functional groups.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
