The Opportunity:

Drive Impactful Growth Marketing Initiatives

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Professional with a solid track record, possessing over five years of hands-on experience in growth marketing within the B2B SaaS or enterprise software arenas.

Your primary objective will be to connect our revolutionary AI solutions with the healthcare providers who require them most, designing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies that yield measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement thorough growth strategies to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition across various channels, including digital advertising, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Adwords, LinkedIn, and Meta, while continuously exploring new channels to enhance our digital strategy.
  • Maximize marketing campaign ROI by leveraging data analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated to the most impactful initiatives.

Experimentation and Optimization:

  • Utilize data analytics to monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and overall ROI.

Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:

  • Drive high-quality lead generation through targeted marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent influx of potential customers into the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective lead nurturing and conversion strategies, enhancing the customer journey from prospect to client.
  • Analyze and refine the customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Engineering, to ensure marketing efforts are comprehensive and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to strategize, review progress, and integrate feedback into marketing practices.

Impact Measurement and Reporting:

  • Continuously evaluate the impact of all marketing activities, utilizing data, dashboards, and analytics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining successes, challenges, and key metrics from marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Candidate Profile

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.

Proven Experience: A minimum of five years in growth or performance marketing roles, with a strong preference for backgrounds in technology or healthcare sectors.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities.

Data-Driven Marketer: Demonstrated success in utilizing data analytics to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.

Communicative Clarity: Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.

Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and pivot strategies as needed.

Adaptability: Agile and responsive to the dynamic nature of the performance marketing environment, with a proactive attitude towards challenges and opportunities.
