Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Seacoast 5151 Condominium Association. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Suite, and have strong communication abilities.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  2. Delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
  3. Answering phone calls in a professional manner.
  4. Maintaining a tidy and organized appearance within public areas.
  5. Assisting Unit Owners/Residents with their requests.
  6. Receiving and depositing maintenance payments.
  7. Following up on tasks as directed by the Manager.
  8. Assisting with Account Receivable collections.
  9. Processing invoices efficiently.
  10. Coordinating meetings for the Office Manager.
  11. Ordering office supplies promptly.
  12. Ensuring office equipment is well-maintained.
  13. Maintaining an updated database.
  14. Preparing work orders for maintenance staff.
  15. Distributing keys and car tags accurately.
  16. Updating contact information in the database.
  17. Sending notifications as required.
  18. Filing documents as needed.

Minimum Requirements: 2-5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant.
