Executive Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to our leadership team, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
- Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Bookkeeping/Collections: Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processing. Pursue delinquent accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Brand Services/Sales Support: Execute outbound calls, generate estimates, and provide customer service support as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (ZoHo) and accounting software (QuickBooks Desktop).
