Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as Studio Manager at BODY20 Cascade. As an integral part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly oversee studio operations, including sales, profitability, and staff development.
  • Provide leadership and support to the Sales Team and Coaches.
  • Achieve top-tier performance metrics, including revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance.
  • Attend monthly meetings and corporate webinars.
  • Ensure necessary staffing levels and host weekly staff meetings.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results.
  • 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field, with 3+ years of management experience.
  • Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
