Business Development Director

Architect One, Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts in the Kansas City area. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and building lasting relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the AEC industry, with a strong background in business development, strategic thinking, and results-oriented leadership. You will work closely with our team of creative professionals to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and improve customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Provide feedback and insights to leadership on business development, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the AEC industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
