**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our private and municipal practices, with sales goals ranging from $500K to $5M.
- Expand client accounts by offering a full suite of services, including project management, consulting, and technical expertise.
- Provide consultation to clients and project staff to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical teams on proposals, presentations, and budgets to secure new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service delivery to meet client expectations.
- Maintain account relationships for revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Work with our Marketing team to develop and position our services and offerings.
- Attend sales meetings and conferences to foster relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Coach and develop junior team members to ensure their success and growth within the company.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, and proposal writing.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time within the U.S. to meet with clients and attend industry events.
