About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market analysis, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans and initiatives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and contribute to the development of a high-performing business development team
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, and industry partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate business development strategies and plans to senior leadership and other stakeholders
About Overland Park Regional Medical Center

Overland Park Regional Medical Center is a 340+ bed facility offering acute medical services to our patients. We are Johnson County's only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Level II Trauma Center. We have an Accredited Stroke and Chest Pain Center. Our hospital is a premier area destination for Women's & Children's healthcare services. We offer the region's only Maternal Fetal Health Center to care for critically ill mothers and their babies. Our hospital has an antepartum unit, a labor and delivery unit, and a Level III NICU. We have four emergency rooms, including a dedicated Pediatric emergency room and two freestanding ERs located in Olathe and Shawnee. Each year our colleagues treat over 45,000 patients.
