Performance Contracting Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join its Business Development team in Seattle, Washington. This individual will provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Strategic Accounts and Business Development Executives, ensuring the efficient and seamless coordination of activities related to business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly support Director of Strategic Accounts and Business Development Executives at PCG
- Ensure the efficient and seamless coordination of activities related to the Business Development Executives
- Perform a full range of administrative or executive support tasks, including receiving mail, screening and responding to correspondence, creating reports, and assisting other administrative positions
- Effectively manage calendar and travel arrangements as needed
- Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to support business development efforts
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team and other branches of PCG as needed for materials, support, and other resources
- Create and update an ongoing travel log of overlapping team members, including dates, times, locations, clients, and other relevant information
- Build and update dossiers on top 25 client businesses and top 100 executive contacts
- Create and update Box folder organization for cleanroom, data center, and commercial operations articles, notices, trackers, and other relevant documents
- Work with the team to handle client swag, PCI logo gift packs, specific client gifts, and thank you cards
- Support post-event debrief reports, including BOD and Trade Show Recap
Requirements
- At least 3 years of high-level administrative support experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience with supporting one or more executives with a busy calendar, completing complex reports, and managing workflow
- Strong computer skills and high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PBi
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential information and sensitive data
- Excellent organization and follow-through skills
- Superb client service skills required
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, including tact and professionalism
- Tremendous business writing skills: grammar, punctuation, proofreading, etc.
- Assist with event execution (onsite or remotely as needed)
- Willing to travel when needed up to 10%
Preferred Requirements
- Local to the Seattle Metro Area
- Experience with Cosential and Axis / D365 preferred
