A proactive and entrepreneurial approach, willing to embrace calculated risks.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in key emerging formats.
Leverage consumer and pet owner insights to inform and refine product development strategies, ensuring alignment with market needs.

Lead the ideation and creation of new pet nutrition formats by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D and manufacturing.
Partner with R&D to establish a roadmap for formulation and MVP testing of innovative products.
Oversee the execution of innovation projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring compliance with timelines and budget constraints.
Utilize lean startup and agile methodologies to adapt projects based on feedback and market shifts.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including product development, R&D, and sales teams, to cultivate an organization-wide innovation culture.
Build and maintain partnerships with external collaborators, startups, and technology incubators to explore opportunities for collaboration.
Develop compelling project narratives and communication strategies to engage and inspire senior leadership.
Foster a culture of innovation within the organization through workshops, training, and effective communication strategies.
Encourage creative thinking and experimentation among teams, addressing potential resistance to change.
