We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our guest accommodations at Premier Resorts Management Inc.
Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Room Attendant is to ensure that all assigned guest rooms are cleaned and stocked according to our high standards. This includes:
- Cleaning guest rooms and replenishing supplies while adhering to safety and security protocols.
- Performing tasks such as:
- Removing trash and debris
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Thoroughly cleaning bathrooms
- Dusting and sweeping guest rooms
- Washing windows and balconies
- Managing the housekeeping cart by retrieving, stocking, and organizing supplies as per established procedures.
- Receiving and returning keys, supplies, and any special requests from the Senior Housekeeper.
- Addressing guest inquiries and reporting any issues or complaints in a courteous manner.
- Documenting any lost items, damages, or maintenance needs to the Senior Housekeeper.
Additional Duties:
- Collaborating with the Housekeeping Supervisor to prioritize tasks and assist as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: No formal education is required.
Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Capacity to perform cleaning tasks throughout an eight-hour shift.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and appearance standards.
- Ability to interact well with guests.
Work Environment:
This position requires physical activity, including:
- Constantly pushing a loaded supply cart.
- Bending and kneeling to clean various areas.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
Work is primarily indoors, with occasional stair climbing required.
