Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to join our team at the Delta Hotel, Columbia SC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including registration, payment processing, and key control.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed and personalized recommendations to guests.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, room assignments, and guest services.
