Job Title: Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at the Sheraton Columbia Downtown. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk staff, supervise daily operations, and ensure adherence to hotel standards and policies.
  • Revenue Management: Monitor and control room reservations, front office systems, and supplies inventory to maximize revenue.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel software and systems.
