Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team. As a Project Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our laboratory operations, including sample management, documentation, and communication with clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with laboratory tasks, including sample management, documentation, and communication with clients
Review and verify client samples and documentation
Prepare reports and other documents as required
Assist with logistical tasks, including procurement and deployment of equipment
Participate in continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
1+ years of experience in a laboratory or environmental services setting
Proficient with Microsoft Office software
Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
Solid organization and time management skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
