- Education: Undergraduate degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2-5 years of prior experience in construction, project management, and team leadership.
- Construction Knowledge: In-depth understanding of all aspects of the construction process, including technical and trade knowledge.
- Documentation and Communication: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other documents.
- Project Management: Understand best practices of job set-up, management, and decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrate systematic commitment to job set-up best practices, fostering close collaboration and communication between team members.
- Material Management: Assume responsibility for material management, including subcontractors, to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Punch List Completion: Oversee timely and fair punch list completion, resolve routine change orders, and ensure timely delivery through closeout submittals.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work in a team environment with members of varying skill levels.
