Key Responsibilities

  • Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Staff Onboarding and Training: Onboard and train new staff members to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of prior experience in construction, project management, and team leadership.

  • Construction Knowledge: In-depth understanding of all aspects of the construction process, including technical and trade knowledge.
  • Documentation and Communication: Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other documents.
  • Project Management: Understand best practices of job set-up, management, and decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrate systematic commitment to job set-up best practices, fostering close collaboration and communication between team members.
  • Material Management: Assume responsibility for material management, including subcontractors, to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Punch List Completion: Oversee timely and fair punch list completion, resolve routine change orders, and ensure timely delivery through closeout submittals.
