Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Duke University. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects and events, managing logistics, and providing administrative support to the Office of the Vice President/Vice Provost for Student Affairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects and events, including planning, execution, and evaluation
  • Manage logistics, including travel arrangements, catering, and venue selection
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with senior student affairs leaders to develop and implement divisional initiatives
  • Lead strategic projects and high-visibility initiatives, including executive professional development sessions and retreats
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituents and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Duke practices, policies, and financial systems
