We are seeking a committed and resourceful Customer Experience Associate to become a vital part of JACK Cleveland Casino LLC. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to elevate the customer experience and ensure that every engagement with our brand is outstanding.

- Stay abreast of industry developments and propose enhancements.
