NESCO Inc. is seeking dedicated customer support specialists with a strong technical background to join our dynamic call center team. We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable and engaging work atmosphere. This role is ideal for individuals with a technical mindset looking for seasonal employment opportunities.

Work Schedule: 1st shift, Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Occasional Saturday shifts from 9 AM to 2 PM may be required once a month.

Compensation: Starting pay is $17 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues with their heating units via phone or email.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately diagnosing heater problems.
  • Provide insightful guidance to customers on product usage and assist them in selecting appropriate heating solutions.
  • Manage warranty claims by ensuring timely dispatch of necessary parts to restore heater functionality.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
