Role Summary

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our residential facilities. This role requires a solid understanding of various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues effectively while delivering outstanding service to our residents. This is a full-time position that includes on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of preventive maintenance and repair tasks
  • Address and resolve work orders promptly
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents
  • Oversee the upkeep of building interiors, exteriors, and surrounding grounds
  • Install and repair appliances as needed
  • Manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing fixtures
  • Conduct basic HVAC maintenance
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
