About the Role

Thomas & Galbraith is seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and engage them in conversations about their home service needs.
  • Explain the features and benefits of our products and services, and solicit information from customers to schedule appointments for estimates.
  • Build rapport and relationships with our store's leadership team.
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail is highly desired but not required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 4-8 hours at a time.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to use a smartphone for email and text communication.
