Role Summary:

The Senior Vice President of Client Relations is responsible for leading a team of strategic relationship managers, acting as a vital link between the executive management team and the broader organization. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Client Relations, this role is integral to the leadership team, fostering collaboration across various business units to ensure a seamless client experience while driving innovation to meet future demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing an executive engagement strategy that includes listening sessions, individual meetings, and conference participation.
  • Collaborating with various teams to solve problems and maintain high levels of organization.
  • Utilizing data analytics to drive engagement, assess risks, and monitor client satisfaction.
  • Overseeing a team responsible for managing over $100 billion in assets.
  • Partnering with the relationship management and conference services teams to optimize executive-client interactions.
  • Providing insights to enhance the client experience and streamline operations.
  • Monitoring team performance through CRM systems and satisfaction metrics.
  • Engaging with senior management through presentations and updates.
  • Contributing to initiatives that promote an open-door policy within the organization.
  • Ensuring alignment of communication strategies with the company’s brand objectives.
  • Measuring success through established performance metrics, focusing on client retention and engagement.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, particularly in client service or relationship management roles.
  • At least 5 years in leadership positions, managing teams of relationship management or sales professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • A client-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing the overall client experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Licenses such as Series 7, 63, and 24.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • An MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience engaging with C-suite executives.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry platforms, products, and services.
  • Proven leadership in dynamic environments.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities and experience in developing strategic plans.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
