Key Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries related to client investment accounts and financial strategies.
  • Attend and document notes for multiple client meetings alongside the Financial Advisor.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the advisor and clients for all planning and investment discussions.
  • Prepare case-related illustrations, analyses, and documentation.
  • Facilitate investment transactions.
  • Assist in organizing client and prospect events.
  • Ensure compliance with NMIS regulations.
  • Engage with clients to develop advisory plans and provide detailed explanations of investment strategies.
  • Process proposal modifications in Envestnet.
  • Manage client withdrawals and communicate necessary instructions to the home office.
  • Discuss tax implications, costs, and advisory fees with clients.
  • Maintain a daily tracking system for account follow-ups and service obligations.
  • Perform cashiering duties and generate performance reports using Envestnet and Morningstar.
  • Administer advisory accounts in accordance with program guidelines.
  • Correspond with clients to resolve advisory-related service issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software is essential.
  • Comfortable and confident in phone communications with clients and prospects.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent writing skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Series 6 or 7, and 63 licenses are required upon hire.
  • Opportunities for designations such as ChFC, CLU, CFP, etc., available with tenure.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: $60,000 - $95,000; bonuses based on experience.
