Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented professional to fill the role of Customer Support Executive.
The successful candidate will possess a solid background in the insurance sector, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
3. Review and process policy renewals and endorsements for clients.
4. Maintain and update client records in our database.
5. Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to offer clients optimal coverage solutions.
6. Foster and sustain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in client service within the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance-related software.
