About the Team
Our team is led by a distinguished Certified Financial PlannerTM, recognized for excellence in client service and comprehensive financial strategies. With a proven track record of success, our advisor serves a diverse clientele, consistently expanding the business and achieving significant asset management milestones. Our focus is on delivering exceptional service and tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide insights and answer inquiries regarding client investment portfolios and financial strategies.
- Attend and document notes for multiple client meetings alongside the Financial Advisor.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and advisors for all planning and investment discussions.
- Prepare detailed case-related analyses, illustrations, and documentation.
- Facilitate investment transactions and trades.
- Assist in organizing client appreciation events and related activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Engage with clients to develop advisory plans and clarify investment strategies.
- Manage proposal adjustments within the financial planning software.
- Process client withdrawals and communicate necessary instructions.
- Discuss financial implications, including tax consequences and advisory fees, with clients.
- Maintain an organized follow-up system for client accounts and service needs.
- Handle cashiering responsibilities and generate performance reports.
- Administer advisory accounts in accordance with established guidelines.
- Correspond with clients to resolve advisory-related service inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning is required.
- Proficiency in financial planning software is essential.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in client interactions are crucial.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent writing skills and organizational abilities are necessary.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Series 6 or 7, and 63 licenses are required upon hire.
- Opportunities for additional designations such as ChFC, CLU, or CFP are available with tenure.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $60,000 - $95,000; bonus potential based on experience.
