We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
- Manage client P&L and ensure profitable growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing programs
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to meet client needs
- Manage client services teams and provide training and development opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management and business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience in managing client P&L and driving profitable growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
