About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Manage client P&L and ensure profitable growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing programs
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to meet client needs
  • Manage client services teams and provide training and development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management and business development
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in managing client P&L and driving profitable growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
