Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Assistant Event Coordinator to support our Event Coordinator in Philadelphia. This position involves collaborating on the planning and execution of events that reflect our clients' branding and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine interest in event management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and executing various events, such as conferences, product unveilings, brand promotions, and marketing events.
  • Oversee logistical arrangements including venue selection, catering services, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely provision of event-related materials and services.
  • Help develop event schedules, budgets, and planning checklists.
  • Manage event registrations, guest lists, and RSVP tracking.
  • Contribute to the creation of promotional materials for events, including invitations, programs, and signage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
