As the Event Manager, you will plan, execute and measure in-person, virtual and webinar event programs, as well as assist with our annual industry conference, Access Insights. Success means ensuring a high quality presence at each show, meeting our key metrics, and depends on the ability to work independently, manage a wide variety of details and programs and interact with all levels of the organization. Able to travel when required to be on-site at events and/or troubleshoot remotely.

Responsibilities

Event Strategy: Assist sales and marketing leadership in determining which trade shows are strategically critical, each trade show's focus, and who should be in attendance at the show. Serve as the primary point of contact with events and trade organizations.
Event Management: Responsible for end-to-end management of all in-person and virtual webinars, online events, and industry conferences. This covers planning, project management, and logistics from initial planning to post-event program follow up. This includes vendor management, budget management, event promotions, sales enablement, data cleansing/tracking, measurement, and maintenance of all assets.
Process Management. Own project management tools, documentation, event calendar, and process used for coordinating webinars, industry shows and virtual events.
Reporting: Facilitate timely event lead processing within Salesforce, measure event impact, and develop post-event reports and insights including data cleansing, creating reports and campaigns, closed/won opportunity data capture, and campaign metric tracking.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline.
2-4 years of experience in event/field marketing and project management
Passion for healthcare and patient outcomes; Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to independently manage virtual and in-person events.
Strong communication, negotiation, and budget-management skills
Business maturity, with the ability to maintain composure in difficult situations
Extraordinary attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and run multiple concurrent project demands within established timelines
Skilled at Google G-Suite, Microsoft Office, GoToWebinar, Salesforce.
