Cescaphe Event Group is seeking a highly skilled Event Support professional to join our team. As an Event Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of events at our venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to our servers, ensuring a smooth and efficient service throughout the evening.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the cocktail area, including polishing silverware and ensuring spotless chargers.
- Contribute to the set-up and upkeep of bathroom facilities, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Run trays during the cocktail hour, providing excellent service to our guests.
- Perform general venue maintenance tasks as assigned, ensuring the overall appearance and functionality of the venue.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to regularly lift and carry 50+ pounds, as well as stand and walk for 10+ hours.
- Freedom from illegal use of drugs and freedom from the use and effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
