Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and motivated Commercial Lines Operations Account Manager. This role involves overseeing and servicing our commercial lines accounts while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of commercial insurance, agency operations, and proficiency in AMS360. A solid background in property and casualty insurance, including endorsements, renewals, and proposal creation, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Lines Operations Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts.
2. Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
3. Preparing proposals, certificates, and endorsements for clients.
4. Overseeing renewals and policy reviews to align with client needs.
5. Collaborating with the agency operations team for seamless service delivery.
6. Utilizing AMS360 for effective account management and operational tasks.
7. Addressing client-related issues promptly and professionally.
8. Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments in the commercial insurance sector.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
2. Proficiency in AMS360 and relevant insurance software.
3. Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance, including property and casualty, endorsements, and renewals.
4. Strong client management and customer service capabilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
8. A customer-centric approach with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
9. High organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
